Titanium pipe and tube have light weight, high strength and excellent mechanical properties, so titanium pipe and tube are widely applied in heat exchange equipment, such as tubular heat exchanger, coil type heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator and so on.

The manufacturing technologies of titanium pipe and tube mainly have the following points:

1: hot forging, this forging technology is carried out above the recrystallization temperature of titanium;

2: hot rolling, this is one rolling process which is made above the recrystallization temperature of titanium;

3: cold rolling, this is one rolling process in which the plastic deformation temperature is lower than the reset temperature;

4: anneal, this is one kind of metal heat treatment process which slowly warms titanium to a certain temperature and then cool titanium in a suitable speed.

5 pickling, immerse titanium pipe and tube into sulfuric acid and other solutions to remove the oxide and other thin films on the surface of titanium;

6: electroplating, enamel and rolling process.
